gourmet restaurant im Ackermannshof

The Ackermannshof, in its overall structure of four building parts, is the result of a merger of originally separate properties and shows a common pattern of medieval buildings. The masonry which connects the bar and the restaurant through a pointed arch portal is considered to be the oldest stone building of the early 13th century. In order to emphasize these beautiful murals which adorn the listed historical walls a deliberately discreet color concept was created. The interplay of light and shadow is of particular importance in creating tension and different moods. In an attempt to emulate the star chef Flavio Fermi, the interior design also follows the principle that only what is really important should be emphasised.
